Demosphere

Kamloops United FC uses the Demosphere platform to make managing soccer simple and stress-free for players, families, and coaches. From registration to team communication, Demosphere brings everything together in one convenient system.

Demosphere FAQ

  • Navigate to your My Account on the home screen by either tapping on the menu icon in the top right > Account or tapping the Account icon in the lower right.
  • On the My Account view tap on your household name.
  • On the My Household view tap on Add
  • Enter profile information for the new household member. The first and last name at minimum is required for adding a new household member. Tap save once complete.

 

  • If the new member needs to have household admin access to view and manage the household, add a valid email address for the member and check off the option for Household Admin. Household admins are indicated by a crown icon on the Household Members list. 

Newly added household members will be able to access the mobile app if an email address for the user is provided. 

Register for Open Seasons in the Mobile App

Participants and team staff can submit registrations for open seasons directly in the Demosphere mobile app. Enjoy a seamless registration experience to register for organizations you are currently affiliated with.

2. Existing registrations from organizations you have previously registered with will be displayed on the screen. Tap on the organization's name to begin a new registration for an open season within the organization.

3. Proceed to complete the registration process for the organization as necessary. Once complete, a confirmation message will be sent to you verifying your registration for the season.

If a household member wishes to update their credit card information on file, they will follow these steps:
 

  1. Log in to your organization's registration portal.  If you need the registration portal link/URL, please contact the organization you are registered with. 
  2. Click My Account to expand the options.
  3. Click on the Household tab from under the My Account section of the main dashboard.
  4. Click on the View Registration Order History link:

  1.  On the left side of the Order History tab, click on the order for which you wish to edit payment information. 
  2. Click on the Edit Payment Info Button if an existing card is on file that you want to update (or put a new card on file for an upcoming installment payment).  If a payment is past due, please click the green Pay with CC in the top right corner of the order.  A credit card can be put on file or used to pay a past due payment even if check or cash was originally selected as the payment type: 

7. Enter in your credit card information to put the card on file for future payments and/or pay any past-due balance on the order.
