Yes. The club has identified a number of recommended tournaments for Dedicated Player Program (DPP) teams. These events will be made available to all participants, with team entries based on the number of players who commit. Tournament rosters will be formed by KUFC technical staff.
Indoor training will be held at our newly renovated KUFC Soccer Dome, located at 313 Nishga Way. Once we transition into the indoor season, DPP teams will train once per week in the dome.
Futsal League Play is an exciting part of our indoor season, providing regular match play within each age group. Matches are 5-a-side, with teams formed and balanced by KUFC technical staff. Final rosters will depend on registration numbers.
Most DPP training sessions are held at McArthur Island. If the city closes fields for maintenance, alternative fields across Kamloops will be used. Any location changes will be communicated to families in advance. Beginning October 27th, the program will transition to indoor training.
No. The program is offered in phases to provide flexibility for families. You may register for the Fall Phase, Indoor Phase, or Spring Phase separately. You have the option of signing up for the full year, and receive a discount on the program. Installment Plans are available to the full year option.
Yes. Full-year participation offers players the greatest developmental benefit, including consistent training, and access to tournament and league play. Players enrolled for the full program often show significant progress in their performance and confidence. Additionally, full-year registrants receive a 10% discount on program fees, and are eligible for an installment plan option.
Yes. Players enrolled in the Dedicated Player Program are welcome and eligible to participate in the Community Spring League.
Yes. The Dedicated Player Program includes league play during the Spring Phase, with additional matches scheduled during the Fall and Indoor Phases. While we are committed to providing meaningful game opportunities throughout the program, please note that the number of matches may vary depending on the availability of opposing teams, and therefore cannot be guaranteed by KUFC.
